Vision, disruption, scalability and endurance are four key components of transforming education.

Even with children being the future too many organizations are stuck in the past.

The CTO Group has extensive experience working with both public and private educational institutions. In general, these organizations wanted to find ways to implement the latest architectures and technologies to drive growth while reducing cost and time to market. The CTO Group worked on a series of engagements to revise businesses and entire IT environments worldwide.

  • As part of this effort, we were asked to evaluate the existing businesses and define potential new business opportunities, including market size, competition, value proposition, competitive advantage and differentiation. We made a series of recommendations for the integration and improvement of the existing businesses, and developed a target list of potential acquisitions.
